• Amphitheater

• Increase Tourism
• Marketing Plan
• Improved rural roads
• Increase youth retention (long term)
• Increase appreciation and protection of environmental assets
• Improve infrastructure (water, sewer, electric) county-wide
• Recycling program
• Water Augmentation Plan (keep water in Custer County)
