Subdivision Regulations
The Planning Commission is in the process of revising the Subdivision regulations. Various versions of the regulations are available below. This document is undergoing another review and the updates will be posted from time to time. The latest edition reflects the December 2004 Planning Commission changes. When the Planning Commission is satisfied with this revision, it will probably be sent out for a final legal review and then presented to the Commissioners. Following that, there will be public hearings and then adoption with changes suggested by the Commissioners and public.
